Meaning of the dish "Hisui Chahan"

Hello everyone,
I would like to know wether the "Hisui" in the dish Hisui Chahan means Jade or the bird kingfisher.

Hisui in this case means Jade.
Chahan is fried rice.
The dish is served in a restaurant called Hisui-ro (γΕO, means Jade house), and the color of this dish is green (like jade). There may be other restaurant that also make something similar.

It is "jade," referring to the green color of vegetables (lettuce, spinach, etc.) used in that dish in general (there are recipes available that use green vegetables), and/or the name of the particular restaurant mentioned. The one served at that restaurant seems to be amazingly green :)
