I'm planning to visit Yamagata on 4 November, 2018. I really want to visit Okama Crater. Will the trek be closed and the lake be visible?

Every year it will be blocked at 17:00 on 4th November, but last year it has been closed to 11/2 due to freezing of the road.
You can go to Okama in your schedule as usual, but it depends on the weather.
