3 of my siblings and our mom are planning to dine in a eat all you can steak place in japan, but my mom cant eat an all tou can eat as well as too much beef. Is it okay to order just for the 3 of us and my mom orders something not geat all you canh?

As long as the restaurant offers that option, your mom can order items from the menu. Make sure that it is not a buffet-only restaurant.

I think all you can eat restaurant, all payable person on the same table must have the same all you can eat item, children depending on age, either children price or free of charge.

There's no set rule, it could go either way depending on the restaurant, and I've experienced both. If everyone has to order all-you-can-eat, you can do the calculations to see if it's still worth it.
