So, im not sure, but these days its possibble to see the tuna auction althought from and behind a window? And at what time?

Yes, it is possible to see the tuna auctions from behind windows at Toyosu Market, but a second observation deck won't open until early next year. It is explained and illustrated here: https://www.japan-guide.com/blog/schauwecker/181015.htmlThe tuna auctions are typically held between 5:30 and 6:30am. They are not held on Sundays, national holidays and some Wednesdays.
