How to rent a motorbike in Takayama?

I want to rent a scooter in takayama but a little bit hard.
I can't find somewhere lease scooter, just bike. Could someone have an adress or a website for scooter rental?

Many international driving license(IDP) do not allow Japanese motorcycles to drive,
and even if you already lived in Japan, you can not drive without a Japanese motorcycle license.
