Hello hope everyone will be doing great my name is uchida susana i need information about that how long it take to change the resident status from two months designated activities visa to spouse of permanent resident please please answer my question i am really very worried i have been waiting two months and three days for the result but still nothing when i call the immigration they always says that choto matte kudasai

As often explained it is case by case.
If you still have to wait is often good and will send you a post.
If there is additional information they will inform you.
If your request is denied they will send you a post
All you really can do is wait, there is no other way
