Visa Extension

I and my wife live in Tokyo on family stay visa. my wife has one year work visa and I am on dependent visa from her. She just got pregnant and I think her company might not renew her visa. Her visa will expire few months to putting to birth. Is there any possibility that we can extend our visas?

If she is not Japanese than there is not much you can do.
If the company is not extending her work visa (Reason unknown) than you need to consider to find work or you need to go back to your country. Because you do not have any status that allows you in Japan.
Maybe your wife can visit a doctor in order to get a certification that traveling is not healthy but I do not know if this is possible, since many pregnant woman still travel close to the delivery period.
