Good day,
I just want to ask about my lump sum refund, I submit my documents last April 2018, but until now, I didn't receive yet my lump sum. Is there any problem of my documents that I have sent through LBC to Japan Pension Service? When can I receive my lump sum refund?

Ask your previous company, but it takes time. I submitted my request in Nov last year, and finally got the money in August this year and am now still waiting on the payment back for the taxes on it.
My company did help quite a lot in the process.
