Where to have the best lobster?

Hi all,
I am heading to Japan next month (Osaka, Kyoto, Hakone, Tokyo). I want to treat my partner to a nice meal that includes lobster. Does anyone have any suggestions on a restaurant in any of the cities we are visiting where we might be able to have a lobster meal?

The lobster restaurants in Japan I have seen in two varieties: clones of American restaurants (probably not what you're after) and high-end Japanese sea-food restaurants. Search for Ise-Ebi Lobster restaurants.
