Can SHI be used when hospitalised?

My employer recently applied me for Social Health Insurance since I started working full-time. It costs more than my NHI. Ifm paying 12,000 a month for it and so Ifm wondering if in case me or my dependant got hospitalized, would SHI cover 70% or some percentage of the bill?
