From what I can tell it is either Kobe Municipial bus #2 or bus #18 but it seems bus #18 does not run very often? I am not sure if I found the right time table for bus #2 but it seemed to run a lot more regularly.
Can someone please tell me if this is correct? Or is there another bus that is a better option?
A link for the correct timetable for each bus would also be helpful.
