Niseko Grand Hirafu in the end of November

Hi,
I will be in Japan travel until the end of November and I thought of finishing my trip with a few days of snowboarding.
After some research I found out that the first to open resorts are Annupuri and Grand Hirafu, on November 23rd.
After checking the current weather there, it doesn't seem like there will be any snow there, so my question is, will there be enough snow on November 23rd for the resorts to be open? Is there normally snow there at November?
