Lake Toya Day Tour on 19/20 January?

Hello everyone..
Me and my friends are trying to find day tour on 19/20 January with bus, but after browsing through Japanican and Chuo, we were unable to find any tours that has a matching start/end date with our dates.
Is there any suggestion of a bus service that provides a day-trip from Otaru/Lake Toya area?
The reason we want to use such bus tours is because they're usually cheaper compared to going there by ourselves...

That is very expensive since there will be only 3 of us.. What is the reason that the bus tours only start from 21st January
