Without Booking, you also go your Destination
Shinshimashima station to norikura kogen=45 minutes=1350 yen
Norikura kogen to norikura bus terminal=50 minutes=1450 yen

So when we arrive early we can get the bus there without problems? I took this bus once to Kamikochi but it was years ago...
