I want to watch dragon ball super:broly but my country would not play it on big screen.Therefore i want to go Japan and watch it.Does Japanese imax/normal cinema provide English subtitle because i don't understand Japanese?

DB has no English subtitle version in Japan.
I do not know where you living in, but ...
United States and Canada release a month later on January 16, 2019 by Funimation Films.
However, if you are a real DB fan, you should study Japanese.

In Japanese cinemas you will never find subtitles for domestic movies.
If it was an international movie you could find.
You can wait till it will come to your country or you need to find another way.
