My boss is from Japan, I want to buy something special for him in Christmas. Do you guys thing a hand made bobblehead is a good choice or not? http://www.crebobble.comCan you give me some suggestions?

Actually, if your boss is from Japan and he/she is only there for a limited amount of time, a very American gift might actually be appreciated. (Whether bobbleheads are "very American" or not, I'll leave up to you) It'll remind them of their time there. But if they're American citizens or close to it, don't differentiate them because of their background.

Just buy what you think you want to give him, its up to you, so if you want to buy him a bobblehead you can. Some other ideas are you can buy him a Thai souvenir gift since your from Thailand like a carved wooden elephant or a tablerunner made of traditional Thai brocade fabric or some Thai food souvenirs.
