How to cross check COE applied by employer?

I am really confused whether my employer has really applied COE for me. How to cross check that?
And how to check the status of COE via online like passport number etc..?

If you want to make sure that your employer has applied, then yes you could ask for a photocopy of the application, as the employer would usually keep a copy; give them a reason such as you want to know exactly what the employer wrote for you so that you'd be ready to answer any additional questions they might have in the future, or something like that.
About checking the status of COE: no there is no online checking system available.
