Matter of curiosity. After your time on a foreign exchange in Japan comes to an end, do you keep the uniform, or do you return it?

Whether you're a foreign student or not, if you buy the uniform it's yours, and if you borrow a uniform you need to return it to the original owner. If it's yours, you can either keep it for your closet or pass it down to new students of the school.
