Furano lavender in July

I plan to go Hokkaido to see lavender. May i know if i go on 13 - 14 July, the lavender reaches to peak and full blossom?

Or i shall go on 22 July better view of lavender?

It depends on the weather and the actual places you would like to visit. But I would choose the latter.

There are two major varieties. The earlier one would be fully blossom at your earlier dates, while the more popular later one at your later dates.
