Hi, I m looking for someone in japan he s my friend s father. He never met/seen him. I only know his name and age but I don t know his address and other information. How can I find him without spending much since I m only 18 and couldn t pay for investigators or something. Is there any way like TV shows or public services in Japan that could me?
