Anyone use Shinra-Shiretoko Tour?

We plan to do One Day Tour in Winter by ShinraShiretoko

Has anyone done this tour or ever do tour with ShinraShiretoko ? How is the English guide? It's also said they provide lunch for the One Day Tour but there's no detail of type of food ie. seafood etc?
We also plan to take the last bus from Utoro to Shiretoko Shari Bus Terminal at 5pm. The One Day Tour would finish at 4.30pm. Just wonder if we could make enough time to catch the bus? Could the bus depart earlier? Utoro bus terminal would be their 1st departure point.

I just got a response from the tour operator and they say the tour is only in Japanese? but i saw few English reviews. perhaps it's not full English tour but simple English would be suffice for us.
or is there any other tour that offer English tour for the Drift Ice Walk Tour and 2hours shoe-hike tour (Shinra offers one to Furepe Waterfall)?
