Immigration doesn't treat good the spouse of permanent resident or this is not true please I need your advice and experience because now I am worried I am young if I will face problems in my status updates and permanent application then no need to live here my country is an option for me now

You do realize itfs the holidays in many parts of the world and fewer people are on here looking at questions. They are spending time with loved ones. Your question is not time-sensitive, so wait a day or two before you gbumph it up.....thank you.

that being spouse of permanent is not good
Who told you that? Either spouse of Japanese national or spouse of permanent resident might not get the 3-year resident status immediately after the first year.
And you say it is not a fake marriage, but is your aim of having the "spouse of permanent resident" to gain permanent resident status??

Your resident status is dependent on another person - if it works out, fine. But, there is still the possibility your status of residence will not be renewed, and then you either get one in your own right, or leave the country. A lot can happen in ten years (so waiting 10 hours for an answer on a forum is a blink of time).
