Business ideas in Tokyo?

I would like to invest about twenty million yen for a new business in Tokyo, but I am struggling which type of business will be profitable.
I'm thinking to start a new international restaurant but I would like to know any other recommendation ?.

Do note that this is actually not that much money to invest in Japan once you take into consideration setting up the building, stock and such. Note there are also a large number of international restaurants in Japan and I've taught many students whose parents owned famous restaurants in the Tokyo/Yokohama area and they found it difficult to make a profit. However, this is only anecdotal evidence.
