Is ice cleats allowed in cabin baggage

is the ice cleats with spikes allowed in (domestic and international) cabin baggage? i'm not sure since there're the spikes though they're not sharp

Why risk it? Put them in your other luggage. I could see some security teams allowing them, and other not allowing them.

Especially not knowing which countryfs security youfre going through, itfs hard to say. In some countries I wouldnft even try to get nail clippers through.

Yeah i think it'd depend on each officer in this case or perhaps someone in the forum often bring along their ice cleats. I experience luggage delay few times thus, i'd like to bring the winter equipment on hand. It'd be icy in the snow and ice sculpture festival
