Travel outside japan with intra-company visa?

My visa type is intra-company transferee duration 3 years.
I would like to visit my hometown just a week.
if I want to travel outside japan , Do i have to apply re-entry application at airport customs or not?

There is nothing special about "Intra-company Transfer" status; it works the same as for any other type of "work visa".

Exit and re-enter as normal. I didn't notice any difference between my Intra-company transfer visa and my current one (business something investor category). I'll be doing a trip overseas again this month and nothing special for exiting or returning.
