Japan visit - Bringing Indian spices

Hi All,
I would travel to Japan for a week in April for tourism purposes with family.
I would like to know if we can bring following cooking essentials/spices to Japan (in small quantities, for personal use) :
1. Oil for cooking
2. Turmeric powder
3. Red chilli powder
4. Asafoetida
This would be used to cook meals, especially for our 4 year old daughter. Your response is appreciated.
