Arrival to Tokyo on March 21, a holiday 2019/1/7 14:57
We will be arriving to Narita on March 21 (a holiday) at 16:40 and plan to take the NEX to Tokyo station and then the Yokosuka train to Shimbashi. I am guessing that it will be around 18:40 (going through immigration, customs, etc, getting cash, buying NEX tickets, finding the NEX) by the time we get to the NEX. There is a NEX at 18:52. If we catch this NEX, we will be in the Tokyo station at around 19:52 and at Shimbashi around 20:10 or so.

Are the stations (Tokyo and Shimbashi) crowded at these times on a holiday? Will we have issues navigation with luggage and getting on the Yokosuka with luggage?

Anything that we need to be concerned about due to the fact that we arrive on the holiday?

Thanks.

March 21st might be a "holiday" but you probably wouldn't notice. For a lot of people it seems just like another day.
