If you catch the Access Express, it goes straight through to Tokyo, Ueno station. You do not need to go that far, get off at Asakusa Station. Actually, you cannot do that, because trains bound for (Keisei) Ueno run not via Asakusa.
Depending on time zones,
you can catch a direct train which continues beyond Oshiage onto Toei Subway Asakusa Line for Asakusa or,
make a quick transfer at (Keisei) Takasago or Aoto to a train for Asakusa.
However,
in Toei Subway Asakusa Station, there is a chain of staircases to Exit A4;
Exit A2-b, the only exit which is accessible by elevator, is on the further side to your hotel.
Unless you are good walkers,
for elderly travelers, Tokyo Metro Asakusa Station is more recommendable.
