Would the Shari bus wait or adjust?

Plan to take Shari Bus from Shiretoko-Shari to Utoro. Here's their 2019 winter schedule. http://www.sharibus.co.jp/pdf/2018_siretoko.pdfI'll take the 15.10 train from Abashiri, arriving at Shiretoko-shari at 15.56 Now, I'd only have 4 minutes to catch the bus. I know that the station is not big but perhaps if there's slight delay etc, would the bus wait? since from the bus schedule, it seems to match those arrival trains from JR Abashiri & Kushiro. Thus, if there's delay from the train, would the bus adjust? Even with 4 minutes , i guess i'd have to run not walk.
