Shirakawago Light Up Dates?

Hi I will be there on the 1st February 2019. Will there be a light up (illumination) of the villages at night? I heard that there is a schedule fixed for the village illumination and I found the schedule from google search:

"OGIMACHI ILLUMINATION DATES: Ogimachi will be illuminated on the following dates only from 17:30 to 19:30:

January 14, 2019 (Monday, national holiday)
January 20, 2019 (Sunday)
January 27, 2019 (Sunday)
February 3, 2019 (Sunday)
February 11, 2019 (Monday, national holiday)
February 17, 2019 (Sunday)"

Can anyone tell me whether the above schedules are correct and verified? Does this mean other than the dates mentioned above, there will not be any night light up (illumination) of the villages on other dates like the day I am coming on the 1st February 2019?

Also what time does the shuttle bus operates to take tourist from the Shirakawago bus terminal to the Shiroyama Viewpoint?
