Can i eat boxfish at Karato market?

Can i eat boxfish(ハコフグ) at Karato market?Is that call はこふぐの味噌焼?Does it contain the boxfish meat or just the miso like?

They also deal boxfish but that menu is not their local food culture, so you can not eat.
