Nerima and Clothing Disposal

I have been in Nerima for two months now and will be leaving very soon, I need to dispose of clothing that has torn and is weighing down my luggage. I have checked the Nerima City Office site: ( https://www15.j-server.com/LUCNERIMA/ns/tl.cgi/https%3a//www.city.neri...) But it does not give a day, and this makes me panic. Can I take it out on any burnable day? Is there an actual set date? I just don't want to cause trouble and want to avoid overweight luggage fee.

This is what Nerima-ku says about used/old clothing https://www.city.nerima.tokyo.jp/kurashi/gomi/wakekata/kohukaisyu22060...So if you have quite a lot, you can put them into large clear plastic bags, tie them closed, and take them to (from the top tables) places collection is made on Saturdays, Sundays, or on specific dates twice a month. The times are mentioned in the left column of the tables. You need to take them soon before these times, as a truck comes to pick them up If it is not ga lot,h or if you cannot figure out the exact location, you could put them out on gburnableh garbage days.
