I would like to know if we plan a small family trip in Nov 2019 to Osaka for 2 adults and 1 kids, how much yens estimated we need to bring for 8 days 7 nites? including for food, travelling ( no taxi ) and entrance to places like USS ?

Impossible to say without knowing if you are budget or luxury travellers. You can easily work this out yourself by looking at transport prices, admission prices, general food prices, etc. Look at the budgeting section of this website.
