Place to visit near Osaka

Hi, is there any recommendations places to visit near osaka outside Kobe?

We (we travel for 5 people and with parents) have already been in Japan, and this is our second trip and we are seeking for interesting places to visit n things to do near osaka (we explored osaka already in our last trip). We will stay in Osaka for 3 day and already plan to visit Kobe. We like to explore another city just for whole day (not staying overnight)

You could visit even visit Ise, it's just under 2 hours by Kintetsu Limited Express.

You may visit Kyoto/Nara,if you have visited or plan to already you can go to Hiroshima/Miyajama or Kinosaki Onsen/Amanohashidate or Shirahama/Wakayama.I have visit those place and it's very beautiful.You can buy Kansai Hiroshima to go all places above,if you not go to Hiroshima you could by cheaper Kansai Wide area pass.

Koyasan, though an overnight stay at a shukubo is highly recommended.
