In the first photo, it looks like ½ο Ακ| but the first kanji is a bit different from what I put here, and I doubt it is Japanese. The second line says "special steel," suggesting a somewhat modern steel grade. With the glare I cannot decipher the stamp to the left.

The first line should be 联ο, which means. Yes it is indeed in Chinese characters, not Japanese.
οmeans cutlery, while 联 means united or joint (but it could be the brand of the goods).
