Iriomote: Bike Rental, Hiking to Pinaisaara?

Hey,

I'm going to Ishigaki and Iriomote in three weeks.

Is there a possibility to rent a bike in Iriomote?
And is there a way to go to the top of Pinaisaara without using a kayak?
