None of that matters if you don't have company to sponsor/offer you job for the visa application.

If you have a job offer , company sponsoring for your HFSP, and you managed to score more than 70 points, chances are high (not guaranteed).

It just help to /expedite/speed up your visa application, rather than going through normal application process.

What is or will be your salary in Japan?

As you are not in Japan currently, you income for the visa at the moment is zero. Without a job offer in Japan paying well, it is almost impossible to get the required points.

Salary in Japan not matters. Predictable income from my buisness in Japan is valid. But have to establish company and need to create proper business plan. ( told me my lawyer and also i confirmed from the imigration)

Half of income from japan and half of income from own country will be accepted as annual salary.( i have my own company in my country,as a CEO i have 20 million yen income and from japan my income will be 15 million yen , so, if i can proof my income I think i can get 50 points)

I think you do not know the content well.
If you know the content than you would know that what you want is not applicable

From you last post, it seems that you're trying to establish a company in Japan, rather than to be employed by one. In such case, the right visa for you would be an investor visa, not an HSFP visa.

The rules for an investor visa are different and don't rely on points. You need to set up a physical office in Japan, employ some number of japanese people, invest a certain amount of money, provide documents of your business case, etc. You need to convince authorities that your business plan makes sense and will yield good results. It's almost like presenting a thesis, so you'll really want to cover every single detail.

lol - you need to learn a lot more. Been there, done that - you need to get better legal advice.

Get a company first - then think about applying for a visa.
You have a Japanese representative? You have Japanese bank account already - and a host of other things. Prove it to Immigration - they are the people that decide. You can not get a visa to live here just because you think you can say you "might" have a business or company in Japan - you do not. You currently have nothing and zero points based on what you say.

oh, and as an additional comment, my lawyers tell me investor/business visa is the most difficult one to get - they (immigration) scrutinize carefully. I use specialist local professionals for my visa applications/renewals.
