Takasaki day trip itinerary

I plan to visit Takasaki tomorrow as a day trip.
I would probably reach Takasaki station at 10am and want to visit Haruna Shrine, Haruna Lake and the gaint statue in a day. Is it doable given the long distance to get to the shrine?
Is it possible to walk from the Haruna Shrine to the Haruna Lake and should I also visit the Haruna mountain?
