Is the path to the Monkey Park still slippery for this Sunday or the next weekend? Will there still be monkeys soaking their bodies in Onsen?

It will be slippery if rain or snow is present for your date of travel. Any weather website can give you the weather for your day of travel.
Monkey are wild animals. While their should be monkey soaking in the waters. There is no guarantee.

the monkey go in the water regardless of weather. i actually think if it is rainy, they tend to go even more. :-)
