Fujigoko Enjoy Ticket Question

Hi It is my first time travelling to Japan and I wanted to do a few things around Mt Fuji. I was interested in getting the Fujigoko Enjoy Ticket since we are going sightseeing around Lake Kawaguchi and I have seen that the omni buses or the Fujikko bus' are included but I wasn't sure if the Mount Fuji World Heritage Loop Bus was included. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
