Hi, just like to know whether we can use JR Hokuriku Arch Pass for going to Mt Mitake Station?

You can't go Mitake station with JR Hokuriku Arch Pass. You have to buy extra ticket.

The pass covers up to Nishi-Ogikubo, so you only need to pay the fare from Nishi-Ogikubo to Mitake, which is 720 yen (versus 1080 yen from Tokyo, for example).
No need to buy a ticket, you can pay when you exit at Mitake.
