Hello,
I am from Indonesia.
I read on JR web that Tokaido Sanyo Shinkansen can not be purchased online.
Is there any other way to buy it online? I will visit Tokyo on April 26, 2019 and will travel to Osaka on May 1, 2019. Since those date are golden week, i am afraid can not get seats.
Any opinion?

There is an app, SmartEx, that works for certain countries.

You can register and use the smart-ex website - I purchased ten tickets yesterday on the reservation site - not very hard. I don't bother with the "app".
There are also companies that will purchase tickets (and send them to you), but they charge a fee (some more than others).
