Tokyo Station To Komagome With Luggage

Hello,
We are 2 travelers who will be landing at Narita airport at 3pm on a Friday. Our hotel is right outside Komagome station.
We were planning on taking the Narita Express to Tokyo Station then the Yamanote Line to Komagome. My main concern is that due to my arrival time I will need to take the Yamanote line during rush hour with 2 large luggage.
Will I have issues getting on the trains? Is there a better route I can take.
Trying to avoid paying for luggage delivery and would prefer to take the Narita express as I will have the JR pass.

The evening rush hour is not that bad, compared to the morning rush hour. I would not worry about it, but just take the Yamanote line to Komagome.
