Transport HND airport to Tokyo no JR pass

Hello, we arrive at Haneda airport at 6:30 PM, but the ticket booth to exchange our JR pass closes at 6:30 PM. Where is the next closest ticket center to exchange the JR pass? And without this exchanged JR pass, what is the cheapest way to transport into Tokyo? Thanks, Diane

Where are you going in Tokyo? If you don't already have one, get a Suica card as soon as you arrive at Haneda -

You can get one from the ticket machines at Haneda. Note that the machines are cash-only. You can use the Suica to pay for trains, buses, subway, at convenience stores, vending machines etc - makes life much much easier.

Use the Suica to pay for the monorail, which goes to Hamamatsucho, which is on the JR Yamanote line. You can go from there to wherever you need to go in Tokyo. Most of the Tokyo area offices where you can exchange the JR Pass will already have closed (Hamamatsucho closes at 15.30), although there are a couple of offices at Tokyo Station that are open until 20.30. Unless you can make it there by that time and you need to go to Tokyo Station anyway, I would just forget about it on the day you arrive, get wherever you're going in Tokyo and then deal with it the following morning.

The service counter closes at 1830. Not the ticket window.
