Visa 2019/2/27 11:45
I got a hired in a company in Japan as a SALES ASSISTANT in a real Estate company and I started working last May 25, 2016.
I am holding an Engineer/ Specialist in Humanities / International Services Visa.
I have been working for this company for almost 3 years but due to the poor economic conditions of the company. They decided not to renew my visa this year and they terminated my employment contract. My visa expiration will be on May 24, 2019 and my last day of work is February 28. So, I still have few months left to stay in the country. I don't want to go back to the Philippines yet so I decided to look for a new job. A Japanese National who used to be my workmate is going to establish an English school in Tokyo and offered me a job as an English teacher.
Of course I would like to take the job as I had experience teaching English for 4 years before I came to Japan.
My concerns are:

1. Is it possible for a New School that is just going to open soon to support my visa? Is it qualified to support my visa? Is there any required length of business operations to qualify the visa support for Filipino employee?

2. I finished the Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration major in Human Resource Development Management. I experienced teaching English for 4 years in the biggest English Academy in Cebu, Philippines before.
After working as an English Teacher, I got a Job in Japan as a Sales Assistant in a real estate company and Now I am offered for an English Teaching job position.
Would it be a question to the immigration?
My degree is not related in teaching English. Will it affect the result of my visa application with the New School?

3. If I applied for another Real Estate company and got new Visa from them, then I'll quit from that company and work for a private English school as an English Teacher. Will my visa be revoked?

Thank you very much and please let me know the information.

So far they can apply for your instructor visa.

No this will be decided by the school for your English skills.
Immigration will check other points. They can ask question why you change.

You can have only one kind of correct visa. So switching jobs in different working fields will just make you give more headache to apply as long you do not have spouse or be applicable for the point system to get a visa.

Instructor status is only for teaching at elementary, junior high, and high schools. For teaching at language schools, that's International Service. No change of status is necessary. Your Bachelor's degree is enough to qualify for IS (sub)status as a language instructor; the field of study is unimportant.
