Kansai-Hokuriku Area JR Pass

I intend to take the JR to travel from Chubu airport to Nagoya to Tamayama, take the Nohi bus from Takaymaya to Shirakawago, Nohi bus from Tamayana to Shin Okata Ropeway, Takamaya to Tomaya, Shinomo Omachi station (last stop of the Ropeway) to Matsumoto, Matsumoto to Shin Osaka. Which are the trips not covered by the Kansai-Hokuriku Area JR Pass. I understand with the pass, we cannot make reserved seats online. Can we pay more to get reserved seats and how do I do that ? Thanks so much if someone could help to reply.
