Early blossoming sakura in Kansai

I will be in Osaka from march 13th until 25th, someone knows some places where sakura blossom early than usual?

But I saw another reference where the ground opening will be 11-17 April.
In any event, there is also plum blossom which is earlier than cherry - and while there are several features that distinguish the two, some people can't tell the difference. Nijo castle in Kyoto has both plum and cherry groves.

If you visit the website below, you will find 'Osaka, 3/28-4/5'.
It shows expected full blossom dates. Since it takes about a week until full blossom, you may see some cherry flowers blooming on March 23 in Osaka.

Seeing the site, Arashiyama and Daigoji are the place you will be able
to see cherry blossoms at the middle of March.
