Night bus Osaka to Tokyo during golden week?

Hi,
I'm be landing in Osaka on Apr.28.2019 and planning on taking night bus to Tokyo on Apr.29. Just wondering if the road night-traffic will be greatly impacted during Golden Week.

I was hoping commuting at night to avoid daytime traffic delay. I guess the chain reaction affects night buses too:(
