Connecting time needed at Kansai?

I am flying from Tokyo (Haneda) to Osaka (Kansai) with JAL; I arrive at 8:30am. I have a flight from Osaka (Kansai) to Amsterdam (Schipol) that leaves at 11:00am. Is this enough time to transfer flights? Would you suggest bringing my luggage as a carry-on or using a checked bag?

Looking at you departure time you are getting the KLM flight. They have a flight leaving at nearly the same time from Narita. Have you tried to change your return flight to go directly from Narita?
If you arrive at 8:30 and donft have a delay you for certain have enough time at KIX. Itfs 2,5 h!
