Hi,
Does anyone know when the Nakameguro Cherry Blossom Festival is this year? I can only find the dates for the illumination, or is it the same thing? We are wanting to go when there are food stalls/festival atmosphere.
Also is the Nihonbashi cherry blossom illumination festival worth checking out?
